Sometime last year, burnout happened for me. I found myself working and finally fulfilled (financially, work/life balance), but something was “missing”. I was tired of being a social worker. Not because of the job, but because of the workload. I worked throughout the pandemic. I witnessed the loss that people experienced. I was sad, depressed and sleep deprived.
